Description
Lambic'ado is a traditional blend of old lambics matured in palo cortado sherry barrels. It is bottled in 750 mL and 1.5 L format and listed at 7% ABV.
History / Other Notes
Blends might vary on the day, but usually special barrel gueuzes from Boerenerf are made from a blend of 1 and 2-year-old lambics that are finished in these barrels, rather than adding worth straight from the start.
