Biet is a lambic blend of red beet (grown at the blendery’s farm) and organic Pajottenland apples. It is only bottled in 75cl and listed as 7% ABV.

Biet was first released in 2022 on Easter weekend, and is the blendery’s first batch of lambic blended with red beet and cider.
