Girardin Dominicus is a Faro that was released in 2009 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Dominiek Savio Parish (Dominiek Savioparochie) in the town of Dilbeek. It was available in 75cl bottles.
Unsubstantiated Stories
Though this beer was released as a Faro, some sources point to it actually being a blend of lambic and another Belgian dark ale, perhaps Valeir Donker.
