History / Other Notes
Donder Brews is one of the smallest lambic breweries in the Pajottenland (they also brew Oud Bruin and Saison beers), with a total of just over 80 hl produced during the 2023-24 season on a brewing installation made to brew 3 hl at a time. In 2024, they owned less than 40 oak barrels from France and Italy.
