Description

Only the 2022 release under the name Ambrosia used to actually contain lambic, since 2023 it is a comprised of mead and fruits only - therefore we won't detail all blends here as it wouldn't be relevant for the purpose of this page.

This first release was a blend of 90% mead and 10% lambic, macerated with cherries & redcurrants, spontaneously fermented & barrel-aged. It was bottled at 15% ABV in a special mead bottle of 350 mL.

History / Other Notes

Further releases start as a fruit wine blended with mead and are fully spontaneously fermented. The Schaerbeekse cherries used in some of these blends are the same as used in the lambic blends.
