A blend of lambic with mead, macerated with Schaarbeek cherries. It is only bottled in 375 mL format and listed as 12% ABV.
Only the 2022 release under the name ''Ambrosia'' used to actually contain lambic, since 2023 it is a comprised of mead and fruits only - therefore we won't detail all blends here as it wouldn't be relevant for the purpose of this page.
 
This first release was a blend of 90% mead and 10% lambic, macerated with cherries & redcurrants, spontaneously fermented & barrel-aged. It was bottled at 15% ABV in a special mead bottle of 350 mL.

Description
