Overview
History
During the challenging corona period, brewer Sam of Brouwerij Angerik found inspiration to push his limits. He decided to brew beers of spontaneous fermentation for the first time – a centuries-old tradition deeply rooted in the Pajottenland.
These unique beers, better known as lambic beers, are characterized by their spontaneous fermentation process.
