==Description==
A collaboration in between Domaine Stéphane Tissot and Cantillon. Blend of grape pommace from the Jura varietals Trousseau and Poulsard (both light red grapes, especially the latter which has a very thin skin releasing almost no tannins, giving a result that might sometimes remind people of a "rosé wine", which it isn't) macerated for 3 months in clay amphoras and 2 years old lambic.
