Description
Cantillon Muscat Petits Grains is a lambic made using 300 g / Liter of Muscat Petits Grains grapes (in wine, it usually displays notes of linden, honey, lemon and dried fruits; and it can be used in a wide range of styles : from very dry to sweet or carbonated) from Domaine de l'Escapolette.
History / Side Notes
This beer came to be as Jean Van Roy wanted to switch grape from the regular offering of Vigneronne, which at the time was using Muscat table grape. A few trials were made with different grape varietals, including this one, one of the wine grapes variants of Muscat.
