Cantillon LH12 is a lambic that spent 5 years in cognac barrels prior to bottling.  Unlike [[Cantillon 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East|50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East]], no additional priming sugar was added at bottling for refermentation and carbonation.  As a result, LH12 pours completely still.

This beer was debuted at [[The Lambic Summit 2010]].  Additionally, LH12 bottles were briefly available for sale at Moeder Lambic in Brussels.

== Unsubstantiated Stories ==
The name, LH12, describes the identification markings that were placed on the barrel.  The type of beer is signified at 12 o'clock on the barrel with chalk. The season (alphabetical and then recycled once you hit Z) is at 9 o'clock, the brew number is at 3 o'clock.
Fill me in
* L means lambic
