Description
Chapeau Mirabelle is a sweetened lambic with natural plum juice flavor and natural sweeteners. The "Abondance" labels denote the same beer, and were used before the "Chapeau" name became the standard.[1] It is 3% ABV.
History / Other Notes
Chapeau Mirabelle was commissioned by the French city of Metz for their annual Mirabelle Plum Festival.[1] It is 3% ABV.
