Lindemans is a lambic producer who that brews and blends their its own lambic as well as provides wort to several other blenders throughout the Senne Valley. They produce Lindemans produces both traditional lambic as well as sweetened lambicslambic. The brewery is currently under its 7th generation of ownership by the Lindemans family.
