Description
This beer is the first experimental trial of Gueuzérable. It is a blend of 1, 2, & 3-year-old lambics aged on oak barrels with the addition of organic Maple syrup locally bought at Colruyt (at a ratio of about 0.075L of syrup per liter of lambic), a belgian supermarket chain. It was bottled on March 8th, 2016 and never sold to-go.
36 bottles were produced, only served at the taproom of the brewery.
