Description
Fond Geuze Bierpallieters 30 jaar is an Oude Geuze made for the 30th anniversary of the Bierpallieters association, a group of lambic enthusiasts promoting lambic in the area. A big part of the blend aged in an old Vermouth barrel.
It was bottled on October, 29th, 2018 in 75cl format at 6.5% ABV.
History / Side Notes
Girardin also produced a beer for the association in 2009 (released in 2011) under the same name, in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. This beer was limited to 1400 bottles.
