Description
Eylenbosch Oude Lambiek is straight lambic of different ages blended together and bottled still at 5.8% ABV in 375ml bottles.
While the age of the lambic used in the first batch wasn't made public, batch 2 from 2023 was likely older, it produced 2000 bottles in 375ml format and used a blend of 2, 3 and 4-year-old lambics, which could have been considered a gueuze if not served flat.
