Boegarden Lambiek is straight lambic pulled directly from the cask and aged for about 1 year. It is sold at 6.5% ABV and available only in the "bag in a box" format, both in 3L and 5L.

The young lambic sold by Bogaerden was aged in 400 liter oak casks.
