Description
Speling van het Lot IX.ii - Aardbeiiteraties - Aardbei Raw & Uncut is a lambic blended with strawberries and macerated in a 2,000 L Foeder containing young lambic. The maceration period was one month and a half months before 600 L was bottled in 750 mL bottles. The remaining strawberry lambic was used as the basis for a strawberry lambic blended with cherries. The final fruit intensity is 462 grams of strawberries per liter of lambic. This particular bottling was limited to 776 bottles.
