Overview
Lambiek Fabriek is a lambic blendery located in Sint Pieters Leeuw established in 2016. It is the first new lambic blendery to open since Gueuzerie Tilquin opened in 2011. To date, they have released two bottled products produced from their own lambic that is brewed on-site at Belgoo Brewery.
