			For the second release to-go (2020-2021) he switched to more delicate syrup, harvested earlier and graded A; but the taste being less pronounced, he decided to switch back to darker syrup for next releases (except for the beer listed as "Gueuzérable V3", another trial version only available to drink on-site, which used crystallized syrup).
