It is probably the smallest lambic brewery in the Pajottenland and one of the smallest craft breweries in Belgium (they also brew Oud Bruin and Saison beers), with a total of just over 80 hl produced during the 2023-24 season on a brewing installation made to brew 3 hl at a time.
