The connection between the Cantillon and Shelton families is a lovely story that began two decades ago. Brother Joel was a bassist touring with a show that came to the Cirque Royal in Brussels. He made a chance visit to the brewery and was welcomed warmly by my mother, Claude. Joel fell in love with our lambic immediately, and Dan and Will followed soon after. <br />
<br />
1996 was the year of our debut in the US, and with it, Shelton Brothers was born. "The American Dream" became a reality for Cantillon as it did for Shelton Brothers. It was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Twenty years later we're warmly welcoming the newest addition to the Shelton family, Victor.
