Oude Gueuze Tilquin À l'Ancienne Lambics viellis en fûts de Cognac is a lambic aged in Cognac barrels, made of 40% wort aged for two years in Cognac barrels blended with 1 and 3 year-old lambic before bottling.
History / Side Notes
This release was more limited than inteneded as 3 out of 6 barrels turned bad and had to be infected with acetic acid, and only about 1000 L remained.
