Wild & Peaty Geuze is a blend of 1 and 2-year-old lambic aged for 30 months in an peated scotch whisky cask from the Ardmore distillery. It was released in November 2025 in 37.5cl bottles.

The beer was created as an exclusivity for the beer shop "Box Bizar" in Sint- Genesius-Rode, also sold through thistlespirits.com, a webshop specialized in whisky that initiated the project "Whisky à la Belge", creating whiskies adding a belgian twist to them, such as finishing them in casks that previously held Belgian beer (e.g. a release finished in Cantillon Kriek casks).
Here are the notes from Thistle Spirits: "This gueuze is a blend of one- and two-year-old lambic, brewed with malt, raw wheat, and hops. After blending, it matured for 30 months in a peated ex-Ardmore cask. This cask was previously used for the Ardmore à la Belge bottling and imparts a distinctive smoky character, balanced with the refreshing acidity of the lambic."
