History / Side Notes
The recipe was carefully crafted for the restaurant by Jeno Del Turco, chief-sommelier of the restaurant et "meilleur sommelier de Belgique" (best sommelier of Belgium). The elderflowers were harvested from the Soignes forest right in front of the restaurant (which operates under a zero-waste philosophy and try to source local ingredients as much as possible).
There has been mentions of this beer also containing elderberries and grapefruit, which wasn't the case (also, grapefruit wouldn't make sense given the restaurant's philosophy of using local products).
