Cantillon Y30
Description
This 4-year-old unblended lambic comes from a single barrel displaying particularly interesting notes, with potential for a longer time in the barrel to add complexity, similar to T42. All the sugars have been transformed during the time spent in the barrel, thus there is no carbonation left and the beer is flat.
It was brewed during season Y (2021/2022) and bottled in October 2025. It has not been released yet.
