Description

Geuze Pajottegem is a contract-brewed gueuze made from 1 and 2-year-old lambics from Lambiek Fabriek, carefully selected to create a softer, easy-access blend for anybody to enjoy, including those new to lambic. It was launched in February 2025.

ABV 6.5%

History / Side Notes

The idea for this unique blend came from Roel Janssens from Rock & Roell Experience (also owner of the café "Fiets‑ & Wandelcafé Paddenbroek" in Gooik), who worked on the blend with Jo and Jozef of Lambiek Fabriek.

Pajottegem refers to the new name (inspired by the region of Pajottenland, known for the lambic tradition) of a municipality in the province of Flemish Brabant in Belgium, that officially came to be on January 1st, 2025; merging the towns of Herne, Galmaarden and Gooik.
