Description
Oude Gewurztraminer Tilquin à l'Ancienne is a lambic made with Gewürztraminer grapes. The fruit concentaration is 250 g/L of lambic. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and refermented in the bottle. Blended first in the 20|21 season and bottled at 8.4% abv, it was first released in 2021 in 750 mL bottles.
History / Side Notes
Originally called "Oude Gewurzt" for its first released, it was switchwed to Oude Gewurztraminer to display the full name of the grape (organic and sourced in Alsace from a fruit producer, not a winemaker) in 2023.
