Bokke Kriek is a blend of 1, 2, 3 & 4-year old lambic with 18-month barrel macerated Schaarbeekse and Gorsem cherries. Served at Gebrande Winning restaurant in Sint-Truiden during a coffee tasting with La Cabra, a roastery from Aarhus, Denmark.
