Cantillon Pinot Meunier
Description
Cantillon Pinot Meunier is a lambic blended with Pinot Meunier grape must provided by the Belgian winemaker RUFFUS. It was blended with approximatively 25-30 % must (which already started fermentation) and 70-75% 2-year-old lambic, aged together in a 200 Liter barrel. It was bottled in 750 mL bottles and listed as 6.5% ABV.
History / Other Notes
RUFFUS also provided grape must for the 2018 Cantillon Chardonnay.
