Cantillon Barbera
Description
Cantillon Barbera is a lambic made with using Barbera grape pumace from the natural winemaking Belotti family and the Cascina Degli Ulivi winery in the Gavi region of Italy. Barbera grapes provide a fruity, light bodied flavor with high acidity.
