Biet is a lambic blend of red beet (grown at the blendery’s farm) and organic Pajottenland apples. It is only bottled in 75cl and listed as 7% ABV.
History / Other Notes
This bottle was first released in the Easter weekend of 2022, and is the blendery’s first batch of red beet blended with lambic and cider.
