Lambic aged on Italian Barbera grapes.

History / Other Notes

In September 2024, we received 450 kg of Barbera grapes from our friends at Valli Unite. These then macerated for 2 months on 3-year-old lambic. The result is a dark red beer, with a vibrant grape flavor.
