Tilquin Experimental Fruit Series 4
During the 2020-2021 lambic season, Gueuzerie Tilquin continued their series of experimental fruit lambics (served on draft on festivals or special events only) aiming to possibly turn some of the best batches into regular production lambics. For this series #4, only 2 beers were created.
Nèfle Tilquin
Fermentation of medlars in 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics. 62 bottles produced.
Romarin "T&K" Tilquin
Infusion of rosemary in a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics. 65 bottles produced.
