Bourbon Koekoek Lambiek is a blend of 1,2,3,4,5, & 6-year-old lambics, which were aged on barrels which formerly held Gouden Carolus Whisky. This is Publitasting’s second collaboration with Brouwerij Het Anker.
The lambics were sourced from 4 different producers in the Zenne valley.
