Brouwerij Bogaerden Oude Lambiek
Description
Boegarden Oude Lambiek is straight lambic pulled directly from the cask and aged for at least 3 years. It is sold at 6.5% ABV and available only in the "bag in a box" format, both in 3L and 5L.
History / Other Notes
An Oude lambiek ("old lambic") is never blended with younger lambic, and is usually 3 years old or older. In the case of Bogaerden, it was aged in 400 L oak casks.
