Brouwerij Sako is owned and operated by Koen Christiaens and Willem Van Herreweghen in Kattem, Brabant, Belgium. In addition to lambic, Sako produces other styles of beer, such as tripel, stout, and witbier.
Previously distributed under the names Sako or Adelaar, the brewery rebranded their lambic range in May 2025, now sold under the name Bogaerden, taken from a Pajottenland village as a tribute to their origins.
