Bofkont Pet Bière Merlot is a blend of 1 and 2-year-old lambic with the addition of merlot grapes. This beer is inspired by the pet nat wine style (or "pétillant naturel" in French, literally "naturally carbonated"). It is a fruity and funky beer that is easy to drink.
