Description

Cantillon Lambidre Fermier de Bruxelles was a Sour Apple lambic produced in collaboration with Yvan De Baets of de la Senne

In 2015, Jean Van Roy discussed this beer in an interview on The Sour Hour (Basic Brewing Radio) podcast, where he said "the beer was not so bad, but we gave to the beer a crazy name. So in cider, traditional cider in french, I call it Cidre Fermier, so cider from the farm. And we gave the name to this beer, Lambidre Fermier. It was totally crazy. The beer was not so bad, it was my first Zwanze if you want". [1]
