Description
Boon Kriek is a filtered cherry lambic regularly released by Boon. It is available in 250ml capped bottles, 375ml and 750ml corked and caged bottles, and 20L kegs. It is labeled as 4% ABV.
History / Other Notes
Boon Kriek is a blend of young and old lambic that has 25% black cherries by volume added when it is 6 months old. After a secondary fermentation it is filtered and bottled/kegged.[1]
