Description
Timmermans Oude Lambiek is the base old lambic for Timmermans blends and is brewed on-site. It is a principle component of Timmermans Oude Gueuze This beer is not generally available to the public. The exact time when a lambic switches from oude to jonge is based on the fermentation progress and is at the brewer's or blender's discretion.
