Description

Wild Adam is a hybrid blend of 50% 3 Fonteinen lambic and 50% apple cider from De Cort, started in 2019 after a hailstorm damaged a lot of apple orchards, motivating them to produce cider and experiment with it. Each part was first spontaneously fermented separately, then they were blended on a big foeder for over a year, to finally be bottled with a small addition of young lambic for refermentation, and matured in De Cort's cellars.

It is bottled in 150cl and 75cl format at 6.5% ABV.
