Description
Spinnekopke Oude Geuze is a gueuze blend made of 1, 3, and 5-year-old lambic in collaboration with the Brussels restaurant In't Spinnekopke for their second anniversary in 2024.
History / Side Notes
Spinnekopke translates as "the little spider" in Flemish, which originates from the "mother spider" figure carved onto the restaurant's front in 1762, while it was still a traveler's inn. The spider became the restaurant's logo, and was therefore used on the geuze's label as well.
