Description
Bofkont Nebbiolo White Label is a gueuze blend made of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambic with the addition of nebbiolo grapes from the Piemonte region in Italy. The white label blend is carbonated as it went through a second fermentation in the bottle, while the blue label version didn't and was bottled still.
