Description
Cantillon Zwanze 2010 is the third release in the Zwanze series of beers. This series has been released every year since 2008 with a coordinated celebration around the world at various beer bars, breweries, and restaurants. The 2010 edition is a spontaneously fermented witbier. The label gives the name as "Blanche de Quenast". Jean has been quoted as saying that a brewery in Quenast (outside of Brussels) has a beer called Blanche de Bruxelles, so he named this beer after them with a bit of geographical sarcasm.
