Description
Lindemans Vieux Lambic is the base vieux lambic for Lindemans blends and is brewed on-site. This beer is not generally available to the public. It is a principle component of Gueuze Cuvée René. The exact time when a lambic switches from jeune to vieux is based on the fermentation progress and is at the brewer's or blender's discretion.
