Description
A new version of Zwanze 2022 ("Poivre des Gorilles" or "Gorilla pepper") with slightly less pepper, allowing for more balance. About 50 kg of black Gorilla pepper is added to 10,000 L of lambic, resulting in a ratio of about 5 g/L.
Three batches have been released so far, one in 2023 and two in 2024.
