Description

Cantillon Le Plaisir is a lambic made using 350 to 400 g/L of grape pomace from Cascina Degli Ulivi. It is a blend of 9 different grape pomaces (from the varietals Bosco, Timorasso, Moscato d'Alba, Italian Riesling, Verdesco, Chasselas dorato as well as 3 unkown varietals) and 2-year-old lambic.
