Description
Cantillon Chardonnay is a lambic blended with grape must (unfermented wine) provided by the Belgian winemaker RUFFUS (Vignoble des Agaises). It was blended with approximatively 25-30 % grape must (which already started fermentation) and 70-75% lambic, aged together in a 200 Liter barrel.
History / Other Notes
RUFFUS also provided grape must for Pinot Meunier.
