Girardin Fond Gueuze Bierpallieters is a traditional gueuze blended and bottled in 2009 specifically for the Bierpallieters tasting group. It is labeled 5% ABV. 1,400 750 mL bottles were labeled and released.

Though bottled in 2009, this gueuze was released at the 20th anniversary of the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation in 2011.
