Overview
Bofkont is a blendery located in Kontich, in the northern region of Belgium, founded by Sam Hellemans in 2018. After purchasing his first lambics in 2016 and experimenting with fruits in his kitchen, Sam starting using oak barrels in his cellar to produce blends at a slightly larger scale.
The name Bofkont means lucky dog in English, and take its origins from Sam's childhood stuffed animal, a dog of the same name.
